Use of the website
The Fairy Hotline website is provided for browsing and purchasing our jewelry. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Product information and availability
We work to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Because our jewelry is hand-finished, small variations in finish, patina, and texture are normal and are part of the work. Colors may also appear differently across screens. Products may be limited or withdrawn at any time.
Made-to-order products
Pieces are produced individually after you order. Production and fulfillment typically take approximately two weeks; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is placed only once payment is successfully completed.
Order acceptance and cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order — for example due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill it — and will refund any amount charged. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@dre4msc4pe.com; once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy applies instead.
Shipping
We currently ship to United States addresses only, with FREE Standard Shipping included on every order. See the Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual property
All designs, product photography, text, artwork, and the website experience itself are owned by Fairy Hotline and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Prohibited misuse
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, scrape or copy content at scale, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, interfere with other customers, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairy Hotline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from a purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
